Jio Haptik is an AI leader having pioneered AI-powered innovation since 2013. Reliance Jio Digital Services acquired Haptik in April 2019. Haptik currently leads India’s AI market having become the first to process 15 billion+ two-way conversations across 10+ channels and in 135 languages. Haptik is also a Category Leader across platforms including Gartner, G2, Opus Research & more. Recently Haptik won the award for “Tech Startup of the Year” in the AI category at Entrepreneur India Awards 2023, and gold medal for “Best Chat & Conversational Bot” at Martequity Awards 2023. Haptik has a headcount of 200+ employees with offices in Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore.

What will you do every day? 


You will be responsible for growing partnerships in several target regions. You will conduct extensive outreach and solicit partners who can resell our products, integrate with our products, and refer clients to us. You will demonstrate the ability to walk prospective partners through our product offerings and partnership models and guide them through the process of becoming a partner. You will also actively manage the signed partners by keeping them up to date on product and pricing changes as well as keeping them engaged with us and get business from them.

Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?

We’re looking for an energetic, creative, and entrepreneurial individual who can help us expand and empower our partner network. 

1. Strategic Partner Governance & Retention

Maintain a high-frequency cadence with top-tier partners (Agencies, Affiliates, and Merchant Agrregators) through Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).

Proactively identify "churn risk" at the partner level and implement intervention strategies to maintain ecosystem health.

2. Partner Revenue & GMV Expansion

Drive "Partner-Sourced Revenue" by identifying expansion opportunities within their existing merchant portfolios.

Work with partners to upsell advanced features like Agentic AI Chat, Voice bots, and RTO optimization nudges.

3. Partner Enablement & "Chai par Charcha" Initiatives

Execute high-impact enablement sessions, training partners on the latest Interakt product updates and AI capabilities.

Lead co-marketing efforts and localized lead-gen events (like the "Chai par Charcha" format) to increase qualified lead flow.

4. Joint GTM Execution

Collaborate with partners to design and launch joint Go-To-Market (GTM) campaigns.

Align partner incentives with Interakt’s monthly and quarterly targets (JFM/AMJ) to ensure over-achievement of growth thresholds.

What You Bring

3-6 years of experience in Partner Management, Channel Sales, or Account Management within the SaaS/Fintech/CPaaS space.

Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the WhatsApp Business API ecosystem, Shopify/eCommerce stacks, and CRM integrations.

Commercial Acumen: Ability to negotiate revenue-share models, manage payouts, and build financial projection models for partners.

Execution Intensity: Comfortable working in a high-speed environment where you are expected to manage a large volume of partners without compromising on quality.


Requirements*

  1. Must at least be a graduate of a reputed university 

  2. MBA in Marketing is an added advantage 

  3. 3-6 years of experience in Consulting, Customer Success, and Strategy roles 

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

  5. Self-starter who can own relationships and proactively build on them 

  6. Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word 

  7. An entrepreneurial and creative generalist who can multitask and switch contexts easily 

  8. Hands-on experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and the ability to visualize data will be an added advantage 

* Requirements is such a strong word. We don’t necessarily expect to find a candidate that has done everything listed, but you should be able to make a credible case that you’ve done most of it and are ready for the challenge of adding some new things to your resume.
