What will you do every day?
You will be working with the UX Lead, PMs, content writers and engineers. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs and visual content in the chatbot context covering various visual static and dynamic touchpoints. While you know how to work hard, you also know how to have fun at work and make friends with your colleagues.
What will you be responsible for?
Initiate and actively participate in user research.
Compile and leverage design insights such as market analysis, customer feedback, metrics, usability findings.
Work on user scenarios and create user flows, information architecture, story boards, wireframes, UI and prototypes as per the needs.
Be up to date with design innovations and practices.
Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders such as product managers, designers, program managers, engineers.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in design
Ability to take complete ownership of the product they are working on champion for the users and the business stakeholders.
Requirements:
4 -7 years of experience in UX/ Product designer.
Experience designing for analytics product is a strong plus
A passion to create intuitive, elegant and rich design solutions that provide great user experiences by incorporating user research, insights, business requirements and technical constraints
Proactively pitch in with design ideas backed by a strong and well articulated rationale
Collaborate and communicate effectively with cross functional teams spanning design, business, product, engineering and leadership
Be an advocate for our users through design
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on
Comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous environment
B2B- SaaS experience , Experience designing an Analytics product is strongly preferred.
