Role Overview: As the Associate Director of Marketing at Jio Haptik, you will drive the overall marketing strategy to elevate the brand and generate demand for Haptik’s two solutions - Contakt & Interakt. This role is pivotal to promoting Haptik’s AI-powered CX solutions - targeting both India and international markets. You will be responsible for aligning marketing objectives with business goals, leading product marketing initiatives, building Haptik’s thought leadership, and scaling digital and content strategies to engage and convert large, mid-market and small enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Leadership:
Develop and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and drives growth in global markets.
Set KPIs and metrics to track the impact of marketing efforts and continually refine strategies to optimize ROI.
Product Marketing & Demand Generation:
Develop a deep understanding of Haptik's product features to craft compelling product positioning and messaging.
Lead product marketing efforts to differentiate Haptik’s AI solutions in competitive markets.
Drive both inbound and outbound marketing efforts to generate a solid revenue pipeline
Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, and webinars to drive enterprise demand and conversion.
Content & SEO Strategy:
Own and scale Haptik’s content strategy to establish industry authority, including managing an editorial calendar for blogs, newsletters, case studies, and other content.
Ensure SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search rankings, delivering valuable content that educates and converts.
Digital & Social Media Marketing:
Create and manage global digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC, and social media strategies, to enhance visibility and drive lead generation.
Build a strong social media presence, monitor industry trends, and optimize campaigns based on insights.
Events & PR:
Lead planning and execution of events, webinars, and media relations to increase Haptik’s presence in the market.
Develop relationships with influential media outlets, journalists, and industry analysts to amplify brand awareness and thought leadership.
Team Leadership & Development:
Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and guiding professional growth.
Cultivate an environment that encourages creativity, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting:
Track, report, and optimize marketing performance, making data-driven decisions to improve results and achieve business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: 12+ years in marketing with a strong background in B2B SaaS or technology consulting. Proven global experience in scaling demand across India, MENA, LatAm, APAC is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficient in marketing tools such as CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), Google Analytics, AdWords, and automation platforms.
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical ability to interpret data, measure success, and make strategic adjustments.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating diverse marketing teams.
Communication & Project Management: Exceptional communication skills with a flair for storytelling and project management.
