Compile and generate age analysis reports to monitor accounts receivable performance.
Regularly review AR aging to ensure compliance with company policies and financial standards.
Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable customer files and records for accurate and efficient record-keeping.
Follow established procedures for processing incoming receipts, ensuring accurate application to accounts.
Investigate and resolve customer queries efficiently, fostering strong customer relationships.
Develop a robust recovery system and initiate collection efforts to manage overdue accounts effectively.
Communicate with customers via phone, email, or in person to address concerns and ensure payment collection.
Provide support during month-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Collect data and prepare monthly metrics to evaluate accounts receivable performance and drive improvements.
