What will you do every day? We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Associate – Intern to join our team. As a Pre Marketing Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts for our cutting-edge products, specifically Intelligent Virtual Assistants / AI-enabled Chatbots. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing within the tech industry.
Data Mining & Research (Super Critical)
- Build high-quality lead lists for BDRs using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, etc.
- Clean and enrich CRM data - understand ICPs, industries, and decision-makers.
Email Marketing & Ops
- Assist in setting up campaigns via FreshSales, Sendgrid or HubSpot.
- Ensure campaign hygiene - lists, segments, copy reviews, link checks.
Content Distribution
- Help push content across websites, socials, newsletters, blogs.
- Track performance metrics and suggest small, smart improvements.
Marketing Ops & Grunt Work
- Do what it takes: internal coordination, asset management, hygiene checks.
- Support on influencer ops, customer marketing, and feedback loops.
(Bonus) Content Creation
- If you have experience making Instagram reels, short-form videos, or run a creator page, huge plus!
What We’re Looking For
Obsessed with learning and doing—“I’ll figure it out” is your vibe.
Street smart. Curious. Not afraid to Google or cold-DM someone for answers.
Basic knowledge of CRM, social platforms, Excel/Sheets, and marketing tools.
Great if you’ve dabbled in content, video editing, or running a page.

Skills and Qualifications:

● Tech Savvy: A basic understanding of AI technologies, virtual assistants, or chatbots is a plus.
● Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
● Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Requirements:
Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business,
Marketing, or a related field.
● Available for a 6-month Internship commitment.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
● Previous Internship experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
