What will you do every day?
As a Conversation Analyst Consultant, you will need to bring a strong foundation in software development and an ability to apply traditional engineering practices in the conversational AI space. You’ll be working in a fast-paced, agile environment alongside a skilled team of Developers and Product Managers to design, test, and integrate scalable solutions that enhance conversational experiences. Your role will involve analyzing data flows, integrating APIs, and ensuring that solutions are optimized for performance and usability. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach are key to succeeding in this role. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
1–2 years of hands-on experience in developing and integrating scalable software solutions.
Strong programming skills in Python, with working knowledge of the Django framework.
Experience in designing and managing database schemas for large-scale applications using MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
Familiarity with tools like RabbitMQ, Redis, Elasticsearch, and Docker is a strong advantage.
Demonstrated experience working on AI/ML projects and integrating external APIs into production-grade systems.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – to effectively collaborate across teams.
Highly organized, with effective time management and task prioritization abilities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines.
Takes full ownership of assigned projects and drives them to completion with a detail-oriented mindset.
Must follow secure data handling and privacy practices, as the role may involve access to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or Protected Health Information (PHI).
