What will you do every day?

We are looking for a Voice & AI Engineer to build and scale intelligent voice solutions for our customers. In this role, you will work on voice bots, IVR flows, and AI-powered voice experiences, ensuring high reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Platform, and Customer Success teams to deliver voice solutions that work well in real-world customer environments.

Roles & Responsibility-

Build and maintain voice bots, IVR systems, and AI-driven call flows Integrate speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and conversational AI capabilities Work on improving call accuracy, latency, and overall voice quality Build backend services to support voice and AI workflows
• Integrate with telephony systems, CRMs, and third-party tools
• Debug and resolve voice-related issues in production
• Support customer implementations and feature rollouts

What We’re Looking For-

Must have Strong experience with voice or telephony systems Hands-on backend development experience (Python / Node.js / Java) Experience working with APIs and cloud-based systems
Understanding of conversational AI concepts (intents, flows, context)
Ability to debug live production issues Good to have Experience with contact centre or customer support voice systems Exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based features
Experience working in SaaS or B2B products
Familiarity with multilingual or large-scale voice deployments
