In this role, you’ll be leading the global SMB Business of the organization, which includes Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Partnerships. You will own the P&L of the business reporting directly to the CEO.
What will you do every day?
You will be responsible for growing Haptik’s SMB business line globally and overall Go-To-Market. You will take full ownership of the P&L and drive the strategic direction, operational execution, and growth of our business in India and international markets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling businesses from 10 to 100 and bring deep expertise in sales, customer success, market expansion, partnerships, and strategic leadership. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely on overall product strategy, corporate development & growth of the company.
Ok, you are sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
Develop and execute scalable growth strategies to drive market share, revenue, and profitability across India and international markets.
Own full P&L responsibility, setting and achieving financial targets while optimizing resource allocation.
Lead and expand a high-performing sales team to drive customer acquisition and new revenue streams and oversee customer success to ensure superior client experiences, satisfaction, and retention.
Identify and penetrate new markets, creating localized go-to-market strategies for international growth.
Spearhead strategic partnerships to enhance distribution, sales, and brand presence.
Collaborate with the product team to align offerings with market needs and insights.
Monitor industry trends and competitive dynamics to maintain a forward-thinking, innovative business strategy.
Requirements:
15+ years, including solid SaaS experience, demonstrating success in selling to SMB clients globally.
Proven leadership abilities, business acumen, and experience managing teams of at least 50 people.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to drive effective collaboration.
